Stress Management.

Stress is unfortunately part of the lives of most people living in the 21st century and most people seem to expect that that is the way it must be. This is not so.

Some stress is good stress, the stress that gives us a buzz and helps keep life interesting. Sometimes that stress increases to a level where it becomes difficult to function and sometimes it becomes so great that we feel weighed down by it, unable to make decisions, do our jobs and enjoy our families.

The key is to find a balance; enough for the ‘buzz’ but not so much we can’t function.

Stress Management Courses.

Individual

A series of personally targeted sessions over a few weeks.

Public courses are usually one-day seminars in hotels with conference and leisure facilities.

During the day you will experience the techniques of positive thinking and positive and creative visualization that can enhance your life style and enable you to deal with the stress and pressures we all experience today.

During the day you will be guided into relaxation and experience the physical and mental well being that arises from that state. You will be taught several ways to relax yourself quickly and easily and will have time to practice in order to find the way that suits you best.

You will learn how to use visualizations to reduce stress levels and within the group environment individual needs will be addressed.

 Corporate Courses

Courses are tailored to the needs of the organisation, usually around areas of stress and workload management.

Course may be whole day, half day or a series of 1½-hour sessions depending on the needs of the organisation.
