Coaching
Life Coaching is about looking to the future,
seeing where you would like to be and then finding the best path to
get there.
If you have goals, hopes,
dreams, and aspirations and don’t know how to achieve them then
coaching can help you find the path to those dreams that is the
right path for you.
The role of the Life Coach is not to tell you what
to do or how to do it but to present you with options, to encourage
you, to keep you on track and to give you techniques that help you
to achieve your goals. It doesn’t matter how big or small the goals
are you can achieve them if you really want to.
During a series of sessions with Susan you will learn
the techniques of goal setting, positive thinking, and positive
affirmations. You will learn to judge how important the change is
for you and to decide the best way to achieve that change. You will
consider how you can make the changes and how big the steps are that
that you need to take. You will learn to expand your comfort zone
and how to reward yourself when you have achieved a goal, no matter
how small that goal is.
Coaching sessions can take place as hour-long
face-to-face sessions, telephone sessions at appointed times or even
as e-mail sessions.
